On Wednesday, September 17 at 6:30 pm, Charlotte Mason Community School will be featured at a Detroit Tigers game as part of a special partnership designed to elevate our visibility and deepen relationships across our community.
Here's What This Means:
Prime Visibility: Our school will be promoted on the Tigers’ social media channels and at Comerica Park—complete with our logo, a dedicated table at the main entrance, and even a custom QR code displayed on the big screen for supporters to learn more or contribute.
100 Tickets: We’ve received 100 tickets that we can share with our community. Some will be used to honor our top donors, while others will be available for families and friends to purchase at a discounted rate.
Fundraising Perks: We’ll be a secondary beneficiary of the Tigers’ 50/50 raffle (up to $3,000!)—and we’ll be able to fundraise on-site with signage, QR codes, and conversations with fans.
A Call for Staff & Volunteers: This is more than a fun night—it’s a community effort. We need our amazing staff, parents, and supporters to help represent Charlotte Mason Community School throughout the event. From engaging at the info table to chatting with families in the stands, your presence matters!
How You Can Get Involved:
Interested in Tickets? Let us know! We’ll be selling a portion of the 100 tickets for just $10 each—a great deal for a great cause.
Support Behind the Scenes: Not a baseball fan? That’s okay. We need volunteers to help prep materials, spread the word, and staff our promotional table.
Are You a Donor? If you’ve supported us over the past year—thank you! We may be reaching out to invite you to join us as a special guest in celebration of your generosity.
