Late Pick-Up Policy

We understand that delays can happen, but to ensure the safety of all students and respect our staff's time, Charlotte Mason Community School has implemented the following Late Pick-Up Policy for the after-school program: Pick-Up Time: All students must be picked up promptly by 5:30 PM. Grace Period: A 5-minute grace period will be provided until 5:35 PM. Late Fee: After 5:35 PM, a $25 late fee will be charged for each occurrence. Late Pick-Up Procedure: If you anticipate being late, please notify the school office as soon as possible. After 5:35 PM, students will remain in a designated area under staff supervision until a parent or guardian arrives. The $25 late fee will be added to your account and must be paid before your child can continue participating in the after-school program. Consistent late pick-ups may result in dismissal from the program. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a smooth and respectful environment for everyone. Thank you for your understanding and support!
